The Territory Manager provides business operations and administrative support to multiple provider teams. The role has four primary responsibilities: 1.) Managing the team schedule to ensure patients are seen in intervals consistent with Bluestone policies and provider care plans, 2.) Revenue cycle management including oversight on team billing, coding, receivables management and the implementation and scheduling of new products/procedures for the team, 3.) Account Management of 50-100 communities where team patients are residents as well as related service partners in those communities (e.g., Home Care, Hospice), 4.) Marketing to new families and patients in the service communities to fill the team’s panel as well as assisting the Market Director with acquisition of new communities in the team’s service area. The Territory Manager deals with a diverse group of external customers and highly confidential and time-sensitive information. Must function both independently and as part of the team with direct accountability to the Market Director in close collaboration with the supported provider team.
